Apple announced death of Steve Jobs.
The computer industry star Jobs suffered from cancer of the pancreas and was cut in 2004. The last few years he had to be on sick leave from time to time, and last august Jobs left Apple's chief executive officer.
Apple's shares closed trading before news of his death was announced.
Born in 1955, Steven "Steve" Paul Jobs was one of the founders of Apple. He was smoked out of the company in the early years, but he returned to the company's management, after an extensive career in information technology, among other things the animation studio Pixar's leadership.
Under his visionary leading Jobs grew Apple into one of the world's most powerful technology companies. In his time, Apple launched its revolutionary easy-to-use mobile devices such as iPod players, iPhone smart phones and iPad.
Jobs family called that people to respect the privacy of the family. Apple promised to open web site for people who want to remember Jobs.
